Lavasan Villa

Lavasan villa is located in Lavasan with a distance of 11 kilometers from Tehran. The project area has a green and unique nature that starts from the northern slopes and continues to the Latian Dam. Lavasan is the closest resort area to Tehran. Lavasan Valley has a breathtaking view of the Jajrud River and the Latian Dam, and this has caused many villas to be built in this area.

In this project, we have two distinct parcels of land that necessitate the construction of separate buildings on each plot in compliance with municipal regulations. The buildings cannot be physically connected, so our design approach focused on creating the illusion of a unified complex through the use of a suspension bridge. By incorporating the natural topography of the ground line, we crafted a design where the buildings appear nestled between elevated crusts, resembling the geological formation of Zamsan. The innovative concept behind this villa project was to seamlessly merge two distinct parcels of land into a unified and cohesive whole.

The incorporation of green spaces and the meticulous design of the landscape were of paramount importance to this project. We artfully integrated varying heights, strategically placed stairs, and a curved wall that connects the ground to the building within the landscape design. Additionally, we incorporated lush green areas and a diverse selection of plants to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of the outdoor space.

The bridge not only maximized the utilization of the available space but also fostered a sense of continuity and fluidity between the two areas. By integrating the two parcels through a thoughtfully designed architectural element, the villa embodies a unique and elegant solution that transcends traditional boundaries and redefines the concept of modern living.

The inclusion of roof gardens and the strategic incorporation of varying height elevations are pivotal in shaping the distinctive skyline of the project.

Furthermore, the curved walls, serving as the central design concept, elegantly embrace both buildings, unifying them into a cohesive whole and playing a significant role in defining the captivating skyline of the project.
